Stalking tiger
Chilling purr grows
Striped fur concealed
Crouching in brush
Startled hush falls
Fierce rush follows
Shrieks of horror
Moments blur by
Danger lurking
Everywhere

Today’s prompt on Robert Lee Brewer’s Poetic Asides is to write a poem about animals. Check out the blog here.
The poetic form I used for the poem is a Burmese form called a “Than-bauk.”
Cool use of description! Good luck with NaPoWriMo! I’ve done the NaNoWriMo challenge before. It really brings out something in you that you might not even know is there!
